Mindframe Online learning courses
Mindframe training is now available as a series of self-directed online courses via the Coassemble learning platform.
- Each course has been designed to be completed in around 30-60 minutes (depending on the length of each course).
- Learners can work through the content, including interactive elements and quizzes, at their own pace. Breaks can be taken as needed, with progress saved so learners can pick up where they left off when their schedule allows.
- Everymind will be adding new courses covering various areas based on the suite of Mindframe guidelines.
Mindframe: Safe Communication About Eating Disorders
The way eating disorders are described in words and images can have real impacts. This course helps you think more critically about the language and images you use when discussing eating disorders, so your communication is accurate, respectful, and less likely to cause unintended harm or reinforce stigma.
Introduction to Mindframe
This course has been designed to equip learners with the knowledge and resources to communicate effectively about mental health and wellbeing, mental health concerns and suicide in ways that can positively impact a person’s life. Those completing the course will also learn how to avoid causing harm and how to avoid reinforcing stigma.
Coming soon
Additional modules designed to assist with safe and sensitive communication about the various topics covered in Mindframe guidelines and resources are currently in development. They will be launched in the coming months.
These will include:
- Reporting on severe mental ill-health in the context of violence and crime
- Supporting people in sharing their experiences of suicide
- Mindframe for alcohol and other drugs
